Cancellation Policy

At Furnglade, we understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your order. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for order cancellations.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at info@furnglade.com with your order number and cancellation request. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already entered our processing system.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after placement. Orders submitted before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) may be processed the same business day, while orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

If we are able to successfully cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 1-5 business days.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled. At this point, you have two options:

Refuse Delivery: You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The package will be returned to us, and once we receive it, we will process a refund according to our Returns & Refund Policy. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Accept and Return: You may accept the delivery and initiate a return within 30 days of receipt according to our Returns & Refund Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

How to Request Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please follow these steps:

Contact us as soon as possible at info@furnglade.com
Include your order number in the subject line or body of your email
Clearly state that you wish to cancel your order
Provide a brief reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours during business days to confirm whether the cancellation was successful or if the order has already shipped.

Automatic Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

Payment authorization fails or is declined
Product is out of stock or discontinued
Pricing or product information errors on our website
Suspected fraudulent activity or order irregularities
Inability to verify customer information
Shipping address is incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable

If we cancel your order for any of these reasons, you will be notified via email and will not be charged. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-5 business days.

Refund Processing

For successfully cancelled orders, refunds are processed within 1-5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account, which may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only some items, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to accommodate partial cancellations if the order has not yet been fully processed. Once shipped, individual items cannot be cancelled and must be returned following our returns process.
