What products does Furnglade sell?
Furnglade specializes in quality home furnishings and décor, including living room furniture, bedroom furniture, dining sets, and home accents. We carefully curate our selection to offer products that combine style, comfort, and durability.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted connections.
Ordering and Pricing
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, all product prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional taxes at checkout.
How do I know my order was received?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don't receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@furnglade.com.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Please contact us at info@furnglade.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Orders totaling $95 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $95 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Total delivery time includes both processing and transit time.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Which carriers do you use?
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers. The carrier for your order is selected based on your location and package specifications.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.
What if my package is delayed?
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@furnglade.com for assistance.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@furnglade.com with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
How do I start a return?
Contact our customer service team at info@furnglade.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and authorization if approved.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns of non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs when you contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Are original shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped).
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 1-5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
You may request to cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately at info@furnglade.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed.
What if my order has already shipped?
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or follow our returns process once you receive the item.
