Furnglade stands behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage and procedures for addressing product defects and issues.

Warranty Coverage

We warrant that products purchased from Furnglade will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. To file a DOA claim:

  1. Contact us at info@furnglade.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  3. Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
  4. Do not discard packaging materials until the claim is resolved

We will review your claim promptly and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the defect and product availability, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost
  • Repair: We will provide instructions or parts to repair the defect
  • Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method
  • Store Credit: We may offer store credit for future purchases

The resolution method will be determined based on product availability, the severity of the defect, and your preference. We reserve the right to inspect returned products before authorizing replacements or refunds.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

For valid warranty claims, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon approval of your claim. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Damage from improper assembly, installation, or modification
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or environmental conditions
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third parties
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage occurring during return shipping (unless using our provided label)
  • Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Furnglade

Warranty Period

DOA claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For other manufacturing defects discovered after the 48-hour window, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy, which allows returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and description
  • Date of purchase and delivery
  • Detailed description of the defect or issue
  • Clear photos or videos demonstrating the problem

Our team will review your claim and respond within 24-48 hours during business days with next steps.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Furnglade. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
