Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included
  • Item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@furnglade.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@furnglade.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped).

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@furnglade.com with photos clearly showing the damage or error. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
