At Furnglade, we strive to deliver your furniture and home décor items safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below to understand our process and timelines.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping fees are calculated based on your order total:

  • Orders $95 and above: FREE standard shipping
  • Orders under $95: $8 flat-rate standard shipping

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Total delivery time includes both processing and transit time. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and package specifications.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: You may request to cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately at info@furnglade.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or follow our returns process once you receive the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@furnglade.com with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacement, refund, or other appropriate solutions.

Shipping Delays

While we work diligently to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist with tracking inquiries if your order is significantly delayed.
